Beef Jerky Chiyaki 2.5oz

Chiyaki is short for Chipotle-Teriyaki. The chipotle is added for flavor and not heat so it’s not spicy. We make our teriyaki sauce in-house and in Japanese style so it’s not overly sweet.

Beef is thinly sliced and dried out until there is almost no water. Our crispy jerky takes away most of the water making it about 60% protein. With little water, it actually eats like a potato chip.
